  • Hygiene & Intimate Wear Restriction: Due to strict health, hygiene, and public safety standards, all innerwear, undergarments, and intimate apparel are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. The only exception applies to items that arrive completely damaged or incorrect, which must be reported within our designated window.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS & HYBRID COD PAYMENT ENFORCEMENT

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. shoppzy.in reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion.

  • 50% Advance Cash on Delivery (COD) Rule: To confirm and process any order placed under the Cash on Delivery (COD) facility, a 50% partial advance payment is mandatory at the time of order confirmation via our verified payment gateway link. The remaining 50% balance must be paid to the logistics carrier upon doorstep delivery. Orders will not be packed or dispatched from our hub until this 50% advance deposit is received.

  • Order Rejection Penalty: If a confirmed COD shipment is rejected at the doorstep upon delivery, your 50% advance deposit will be non-refundable and will be utilized to cover forward and reverse shipping penalties charged by our courier partners.

  • Order Acceptance & Invoicing: Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include domestic shipping charges. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information for all purchases made at our store so that we can successfully complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING, DISPATCH AND OPENING VIDEO MANDATE

  • Delivery Estimates: We partner with leading domestic couriers to fulfill orders from our Kerala hub. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for transit delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.

  • Mandatory Package Opening Video: Upon delivery, customers are legally required to record a continuous, unedited package-opening video showing the outer shipping label clearly before opening the seal. This video serves as mandatory proof to investigate claims of missing items, transit damage, or wrong products. We reserve the right to reject replacement or refund requests if this video is unavailable.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brand names (shoppzy.), typography styles, text, displays, images, graphics, product copy, layouts, and design arrangements, are owned exclusively by shoppzy.in and are protected under Indian intellectual property laws. These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, extract, sell, or exploit any portion of our visual media or website content without our express prior written consent.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools (such as logistics tracking or automated WhatsApp verification apps) or hyperlinks to websites operated by external parties. We bear no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party systems.

However, any sales, inquiries, and fulfillment operations you execute in our store are made directly with shoppzy.in.
